PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Greeting cards are A7 size (5" x 7").

  • Notecards are A2 size (4.25" x 5.5").

  • All cards are blank inside unless otherwise noted in the wholesale catalog.

  • Each card is individually packaged in a clear cello peel-and-seal sleeve and includes a self-sealing brown kraft envelope.

ORDER MINIMUMS

  • Opening orders require a minimum purchase of $75 wholesale.

  • Minimum purchase quantity is 3 cards per design, both greeting cards and notecards.

  • At this time, no reorder minimum applies.

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is due in full prior to shipment.

  • We accept major credit cards and business checks.

  • Orders paid by check will ship once payment has cleared.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Taxes (8.25%) will be added to retail locations in Texas, unless documents provided.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

  • Once order form is received, a payable invoice will be emailed, reflecting total price.

  • Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days of payment.

  • Orders shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Local retailers may arrange inventory pickup or local delivery by mutual agreement.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

  • All sales are final.

  • Returns are accepted only for merchandise damaged during transit.

  • Claims for damaged merchandise must be submitted within 10 days of shipment and must include photographic documentation of the damage.

  • Approved claims will be replaced, credited, or refunded at Blazer's Mill's discretion.

ONLINE SALES

Retailers may sell on their own website. Sales on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other third-party mass marketplaces are prohibited.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PRICING

Suggested retail pricing (MSRP) is approximately 2x wholesale cost. Retailers may determine final pricing at their own discretion.

TERRITORIAL EXCLUSIVITY

Territorial exclusivity may be available on a case-by-case basis. Retailers interested in exclusivity should contact Blazer's Mill prior to placing an order.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All artwork, designs, products, images, and written content are the intellectual property of Blazer's Mill and are protected by United States copyright law.

  • Products, artwork, images, and branding may not be reproduced, copied, altered, distributed, or used for manufacturing without written permission from Blazer's Mill.

DISPLAY & MERCHANDISING

  • Blazer's Mill products are intended for individual retail sale and should be displayed in a manner that allows customers to browse and purchase cards individually.

  • To help maximize sales, we recommend displaying cards prominently within your greeting card, gift, stationery, bookstore, or impulse purchase sections.

  • Retailers may not alter, repackage, relabel, or remove branding from products without prior written permission.

  • Cards may not be sold as part of subscription boxes, bundles, promotional giveaways, or repackaged assortments without prior authorization from Blazer's Mill.
