NO HARD FEELINGS GREETING CARDS: We don't offer refunds for any No Hard Feelings items. Please make sure you purchase the correct item. We promise, they’re amazing :-) However, in the event a card arrives to you with a defect/damage or we have incorrectly sent the wrong item, a replacement item will be reshipped at our expense. Please email us the details and a quick picture of the issue.

Blazer’s Mill is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to try to locate your package.

Tracking info is sent on all orders via email for you to see when and where it was shipped. If the wrong address is provided by the customer and the item is returned to us, we will contact you. Any orders shipped to invalid customer-supplied addresses are final and will not be replaced. If the mistake is on us, we will make it right.

If a package is marked as delivered to your address via USPS, it is possible that you will need to file a missing / stolen claim directly with USPS.

Blazer’s Mill cannot be held liable for the security and safety of your order sitting in a mailbox or porch. Please plan accordingly.

Please remember these products are ink-printed, handcrafted on paper, and are NOT waterproof.
