For a small, $1.00 fee, you can protect your shipment with our Peace of Mind Shipping Guarantee. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we've got your back with a one-time replacement.

 

WHAT’S COVERED?

 

Lost or Stolen Orders

  • Your tracking shows “Delivered”, but you never received the package.

    • Please allow 5 business days from the delivery scan—packages often show up late, get redelivered, or are left with neighbors.

    • Report the issue within 10 days of the delivery scan. After that, coverage expires.

  • Orders over $99 and marked as delivered, but are believed stolen:

    • A police report is required to process your claim.

    • The report must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date.

We highly recommend shipping to a new address if your first order was lost or stolen, as repeat incidents are likely at the same location.

Blazer’s Mill reserves the right to classify delays (due to seasonal congestion or known courier issues) as non-lost until further investigation.

 

Damaged Deliveries

  • Clothing arrives visibly damaged (wet, stained, ripped, etc.)

  • Part of your order is missing due to a damaged or tampered package

Submit clear photo evidence of the damage or tampering when you contact us.

 

What’s Not Covered

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers

  • Orders not yet shipped (e.g., due to inventory or processing delays)

  • Parcels held up in customs (including related fees or rejections)

  • Items returned in non-resellable condition

  • Requests to leave packages unattended (e.g., “leave at front door”) that result in theft

 

How to File a Claim

If your parcel was lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, email us at info@blazersmill.com using the format below:

Subject Line: Peace of Mind Claim – Order #[YourOrderNumber]

Body: Please include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Any relevant photos (damaged items or tampered packaging)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days. If your package is eventually found, we’ll cover the cost to have it returned to us.

By selecting Peace of Mind Shipping, you agree to these terms. This protection is non-refundable.

 

If You Didn't Choose Protection

We’ll assist by filing a claim with the courier, but their investigation process can take 6–8 weeks, and the outcome is not guaranteed.

If delivery confirmation (e.g., GPS or photo evidence) shows your order was left at your address or a secure nearby location, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
